Much time ago the time and space were connected with moving. However, nobody could develop this regularity to culmination and completion. It seems Einstein decided this task and determined one-digit dependence between body’s velocities in space and time. So, when body moves quickly in space, its velocity in time reduces. It is surprisingly that reducing of time motion when velocity aspires to light’s velocity and full stop of time motion, if it is moving with light’s velocity. On the contrary, if body moves at small velocity, time motion velocity is big, another name is time warmness.

However, essence of time remained in fog, based upon regularities of interaction of moving velocities in space and time. It is a mystery. Therefore, it is reasonable question: how all-round is interaction space – time – motion investigated, what are other factors, which determine time motion? Is it possible Einstein didn’t notice something going to light’s velocities at big velocity? Something that could determine definitely our ideas about space and time. Especially since Einstein didn’t know some facts that are known nowadays.

It is recognized theory of relativity describes not only physical time but time that is in other systems, biological and social, for example.

Therefore we can suppose time motion in living organisms is determined by laws of theory of relativity. Till now we don’t know any attempts to analyze chronobiological data on base of laws of theory of relativity during 24 years of studying. Such data can be in particular data about time motion in living organisms. It is necessary to remark velocity of time motion in physics is determined by interval’s size of own time, the quicker moving in space, the longer interval and on the contrary. The same criterion of time warmness measuring is used in chronobiology but here we use determination of individual minute of own time for comfort.

In this connection it is especially interesting data of chronobiology about changing of time motion velocity in standard and in pathology states of the organism. So, in standard time motion of healthy people corresponds with physical time motion. It means that healthy people have prolonged interval of own time that corresponds with analog interval’s duration of physical time. These intervals, as mentioned, are measured by minute’s duration of own time. In other words, 60 seconds inside organism correspond with 60 seconds measured outside organism by watch.

On the other hand it was established that diseases, intoxications, overwork, narcotics, alcohol, smoking and even caffeine decrease duration of own time intervals that is called individual minute, this reduction is proportional to disease’s degree and its clinical outcome. It is not surprisingly it is well known that ill people grow old faster.

Most expressed reduction of minute’s duration is remarked for people trying to make suicide that is to kill themselves. Their individual minute reduces to 22-27 seconds.

Relativistic physics formula allows to determine changing of velocity’s size by changing of time intervals’ duration, in particular, such calculations are possible using relativistic time’s reducing formula.

If we put values 60 seconds and 22 (27) seconds in this formula, we have result: healthy man moves at space at velocity 270 thousand km per second (if his individual minute reduces to 27 seconds) or more, 280 thousand km per second (if this minute reduces to 22 seconds).

It seems impossible! May be it is mistake of theory of relativity (this formula is a part of special theory of relativity) or mistake of chronobiology data or mistake of our approach to comparison and evaluation of these data? May be it is culmination moment in studying of interaction of space, time and moving? In fact, we used known laws of interaction of space, time and moving, discovered by theory of relativity for analysis of known chronobiology data.

Supposition that found near-light velocities are determined by inner reasons, for example, by metabolism we must suppose unconvincing because theory of relativity as separate main factor of time-forming determines velocity of body’s displacement in space. We mentioned that earlier. Metabolism or by physics terminology, inner energy can somehow change duration of time’s intervals. But proper source of this velocity, which forms time, is necessary to seek outside organism.

Okkam’s principle confirms this idea prescribing to use known arguments for explanation of any phenomenon of nature without additional ones. Important heuristic principles of modern physics also require the same: simplicity and beauty.

Now after 24-year work in this sphere it is clear, it isn’t any mistake, everything is correct! Velocity 270-280 thousand km per second is absolute reality.

Now we’ll give at least seven facts, their analysis shows this velocity is as outside as inside living organisms conditioned our time! So…

The first fact:American scientists discovered phenomenon of different polarization of light from different sides of firmament in 1982. This phenomenon allowed to determine Universe went round slowly and made one circle during 6*1013 years. In other words, during sixty thousand billion years!

The second fact: it is known Universe is secluded gravitationally as “black hole” and light beam cannot break away from it. At the same time, galaxies, which are on periphery of Universe, leave their limits and go somewhere at velocity equal light’s velocity. It is paradox: light’s beam, which almost has not mass, cannot fly somewhere but galaxies with mass of many billion tons, fly with light’s velocity.

The third fact: astronomy says: each astronomy object has two rotation’s velocities: the first and the second orbital velocities. Astronomic object rotates along circle or elliptical orbit around its mass center with the first orbital velocity. It rotates eternally for the time present its velocity is less than it falls at gravitational center or for the time present this velocity will be more and will reach the second orbital velocity then this object doesn’t leave its orbit and doesn’t fly in space.

The fourth fact: it is correlation between the first and the second orbital velocities equal 1,412, i.e. v2. This correlation is known among astronomers and it is universal, i.e. it is for all orbital objects not depending on its size and distance.

The fifth fact:if we know two orbital velocities of Universe and its second orbital velocity we can find the first orbital velocity of Universe, i.e. Galaxy, Solar system and our planet moving around Universe mass center. This velocity is equal 300 000/1,412 = 212 000 km per second, therefore, it is understood why our Earth with another objects of Galaxy didn’t fall into Universe mass center for many milliard years.

The sixth fact:at the same time, it is necessary to consider, Universe is sphere which fans, from here, it is important additional fact: our planet Earth takes part in the process of Universe expansion, i.e. it moves from Universe mass center. Therefore, we must add to the first velocity (212 thousand km per second) certain another velocity. Summary moving velocity of Solar system and Earth must be more than the first and less than the second orbital velocity, i.e. it must be within 212-300 thousand km per second.

The seventh fact: this fact puts finish point in interaction of previous facts. There are data of modern physics of American scientist Drunvalo Melhisedek. He says literally the following: “I remember when I studied physics (he studies physics in famous University of Berkly, State of California), I cannot believe, a small electron is less than point of pin, which we cannot see, all time it rotates and rotates in micro space at velocity 0,9 light’s velocity. It means electron goes around proton nearly 270000 km per each second, around something that we cannot see. My mind was in confusion. I came home, went to bed and saw at the ceiling for a long time. It was incomprehensibly for me”.

Indeed, this fact is wonderful. However, it is another question. Electrons move at different velocities, which electrons are about. The more distance between electron and nuclear, the more velocity it rotates, from here, if velocity is 270 thousand km per second this is velocity of the nearest electrons to nuclear atom. Another electrons, more distant, must move at larger velocities.

From here, average velocity of electrons’ movement in big substance’s mass of Universe and our planet, in particular, must be much more and draw to light’s velocity, especially considering existence of more than 100 chemical elements. Indeed, it isn’t so, because the hydrogen predominates in nature. Universe contents 92% of hydrogen of its mass, mass of all another elements together is not more than 8%.

This way, velocity of hydrogen electrons’ movement determines minimal electron’s movement velocity in any substance, because hydrogen electron is on the nearest to nuclear orbit, i.e. orbit which is in each and either another atom. Faster electrons that are on more distant orbits give only small addition to 270 thousand velocity.

Just this fact explains why average electrons’ movement velocity in our world is within 270-280 thousand km per second.

From here, besides, essence and base of physical time is more understanding, the phenomenon of dispersing of velocities 270-280 km per second that were disclosed during analysis of time intervals, equal 22-27 seconds by formula of relativistic time deceleration, received interpretation. This way, velocity that is equal 270-280 thousand km per second is both inside substance and in substance’s movement around Universe mass center. From here, time is relativistic effect conditioned by huge near light’s velocity and humanity didn’t guess about existence of this velocity.

This velocity piercing all space, explained possibility of time to penetrate everywhere. This velocity conditions time at least at 3 levels: micro level (atom), macro level (man), mega level (Universe) forming phenomenon of velocities resonance. Resonance supplies and redistributes energy between levels of matter organization. In other words, electron’s movement velocity is induced, i.e. it is caused by substance’s movement velocity: moving velocity of all substance’s mass changes, electron’s movement velocity reacts accordingly. It is correct reverse confirmation: change of inner energy leads to change of substance’s movement velocity in space.

Consequently, we can say inner energy of moving body along with body’s movement velocity in space influence on rate or velocity of time motion. This interaction follows organic from phenomenon of velocities resonance, although physics doesn’t come to finished conclusion concerning this fact.

We can consider the disease as phenomenon of redistributed energies, if we shall extrapolate revealing physical laws on living organisms. Inner energy can increase only with reducing kinetic energy and on the contrary. It is correct especially if we remember school’s laws – energy is material, it can’t appear from anywhere and disappear in anywhere.

Namely, inner energy changes rate of time motion caused by near light’s velocities 270-280 thousand km per second increasing or decreasing it. This velocity is virtual, because each living organism has mass-inertia’s measure. Inner energy and connected with it full (relativistic) energy kinds are real ones. These kinds of energy condition as health’s measure, the level of physical and mental ability to work, which increase with increasing of virtual velocity in space and reducing of rate of time motion.

In particular, we can suppose that Universe has planetary structure and consists of expanded peripheral area where is our galaxy and Solar systems and central area, which compressed and is black hole. Periphery of Universe as modern data of astrophysics say is expanded but center is more and more compressed. Opposite processes reach their extreme size and everything begins again: center explodes and periphery goes to center. Old theory of fluctuation of Universe receives a new content.

Phenomenon of inertia also has a new, another interpretation, which permits to bring phenomenon of inertia into sphere of explanation of its CTO: inertia of each and either body is determined by electron’s motion in atoms of moving substance. Electrons moving velocity corresponds with velocity of “outside” motion. Changing of outside motion of atom’s electrons begin to act but not another bodies located near this moving body.

These and another physical consequences fundamentally add the picture of the world and this way form new non opposite to old worldview. It is added with important details, for example, near-light’s velocity equal 270-280 thousand km per second. It was supposed before, we “live in very slow world”. It isn’t so, is it?
